Healing Tide Tribe is run by Cheryl Hull, together with co-founders Liz and Philisa. For anything about your personal information, email hello@healingtidetribe.co.za.
When you join the founding circle we collect your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the "What are you seeking?" box. We also record the date and time you signed up, the wording you agreed to and your internet (IP) address, so we can show that you gave consent.
Only to email you about Healing Tide Tribe: our pilot gathering, dates, places and future gatherings, and to reply to anything you asked. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Our website is hosted by our web provider on servers in Germany, and sign-ups are delivered to our email, which is provided by Google. These providers only store and deliver the information for us.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than two years after we last had contact with you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop hearing from us at any time: just reply to any of our emails or write to hello@healingtidetribe.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
